Your Facilitators


Kristen Boldt

Kristen Boldt is a tensegrity artist with a law degree, not just a lawyer. Tensegrity refers to the omnidirectional give and take dynamics at work in all our interactions. Kristen loves to investigate the cause of these dynamics and find out how they work, leading her to facilitate Changemakers, helping the participants understand the flow of the workplace! Her work as a Changemakers facilitator is focused on teaching participants both as a unit and as individuals to create harmony in dynamics through a focus on healthy systems and healthy people, both within the cohort and in the work of a Changemaker at large once a participant has earned their certificate.


Laura Casale

Laura Casale is a highly experienced consultant, program manager, coach, and leader. Having had a long career in HR, primarily in Learning and Leadership Development, Laura is passionate about career development and empowering people to achieve their potential. She can quickly build trust with her participants, using coaching methods that align best with them on an individual basis, to help them drive towards the growth needed to achieve success in the program. Her certifications include IBM Career Coach, Integrative Wellbeing Coach, Life Coach and Life Purpose Coach. During both her training and coaching sessions, she supports participants to gain perspective, align the sessions to their purpose, set goals, and stay accountable. She believes everyone has the power within themselves to live authentically and achieve their potential as Changemakers!


Dawn Ealy

Dawn Ealy is the founder of Peak Cadence LLC and a strategic partner of Your Clear Next Step. Through her consulting practice, Dawn helps growing organizations transform chaos into confidence in the way they manage systems, projects, processes, and people. As a trainer and facilitator for Your Clear Next Step, she is adept at sharing her 25+ years of experience with an energy and enthusiasm that brings her sessions to life. Dawn delivers her Changemakers sessions with the same passion as all her other training endeavors, with the goal of providing memorable learning experiences and practical tools that participants can put to use right away. A genuine people person, Dawn is a super connector who loves to connect with her students and help them on a personal level. 


Dick Hannasch

Dick Hannasch is an ICF Associate and Board-Certified Coach. He is open and non-judgmental but doesn’t let you off the hook. With over 35 years of experience growing talent, Dick has coached people from all continents except Antarctica, in the fields of financial services, IT, health care, agribusiness, entertainment, government, manufacturing, and more. His goal is always to make you a better you, and in Changemakers, that means helping you to master the three core skills: building authentic human connection, putting the good of the organization first, and treating change as a process, not an event. He believes that you have what you need within you to be better, all you need is that guiding hand. 

Jana Mitzoda

Jana Mitzoda is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Mindfulness. She has extensive experience with positive leadership and conscious presence, creating and facilitating hundreds of workshops with participants from more than 90 countries, helping her to develop a deep understanding of emotional intelligence. She utilizes this in her teaching and coaching to quickly build trust between her and her participants in order to help them realize their potential, both as individuals and as a cohort. Outside of Changemakers, Jana leads public events, residential retreats, and online meditation circles, and has been personally trained and accredited by the renowned coaching guru Timothy Gallwey, the author of The Inner Game.


Missy Paxson

Missy Paxson has spent the past decade serving as a Product Mindset Coach and an Agile Coach in corporate settings, helping teams learn to effectively deliver value to their customers while they engage as operationally healthy teams. Dealing with her own struggles in life has granted her ample personal resources in her endeavors to help others through the same struggles she has dealt with. With twenty years of experience as a life coach under her belt, Missy has decided to lend her passion and knowledge to the Changemakers Certification program to ensure that everyone can benefit from the combination of her skills and the program’s excellent resources. 


Eric Van Roekel

Eric Van Roekel brings over 32 years of manufacturing operations leadership, organizational design and development, and supply chain design and improvement to his sessions. Eric spent his career at Procter & Gamble in a dynamic and complex plant that demanded constant improvement in work processes and capability, giving him plenty of experience across all three core tenets of Changemakers. In addition to consistently delivering supply chain results, Eric was known for building organizational capability while allowing the individuals in the organization to thrive. His understanding of emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills pose him uniquely to delve deep into how participants can work together to become Changemakers not just on their own, but as a part of a community. Eric takes great satisfaction in enabling and encouraging others to deliver results that they never thought possible themselves, so that they become the version of themselves they want to be.


Christine Samuel

Christine Samuel is a coach, facilitator, and trainer who enables Changemakers to cultivate unwavering peace of mind, purpose, and clarity, allowing them to bring their best selves to their sessions throughout the program. Drawing on her 20+ years of experience in User Experience Design and leading teams to assist Fortune 500 companies in developing user-centered products and applications, she facilitates Changemakers to help participants foster a sense of well-being, belonging, and well-becoming, both in her sessions and at work as a whole. She has a Solution-Focused Brief Coaching certification from the University of Toronto's OISE, as well as years of experience leading a mindfulness community and program for a global IT company in Canada.


Blair Wagner

Blair Wagner is a business consultant and leadership coach with mastery in change management, leadership development, and organizational development. Blair is a Prosci-certified change practitioner, an ICF-certified leadership coach, and an ORSC-trained team coach. With 20+ years of project management and organizational effectiveness experience, she is a passionate advocate for strong, healthy leadership teams with mastery in evaluating business needs, creating smart strategies, and collaboratively implementing change. She brings a variety of veteran strategies and methods to her coaching, giving her all to make sure you get the most out of every second you spend with her. 


Sinikka Waugh

Sinikka Waugh, PMP, President, Founder of the Changemakers Program, and CEO of Your Clear Next Step, spends her days helping people have better workdays. Sinikka has helped over 51,000 people have better workdays over the past 15 years. She has taken all the knowledge she had taught and learned from each of these encounters and used it to create the Changemakers Certification Program, which she believes is the apex of all she has taught since starting Your Clear Next Step. Her clients value how her professionalism blends seamlessly with her down-to-earth, “try this now” approach and her passion for helping others. Sinikka holds a BA from Central College, an MA from the University of Iowa, and is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute (PMI).


Melissa Worrel-Johnson

Melissa Worrel-Johnson is an acknowledged catalyst in partnering with her clients for their growth, elevating identified leadership skills and abilities, and supporting each client to achieve their desired goals. As an entrepreneur, facilitator, coach, trainer, speaker and small business owner, Melissa is known as a driven, fast-paced go-getter, with a get-it-done attitude. Melissa holds her MBA, is an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach and BS from University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She believes that everyone has the capacity for growth, they just need to be directed at what they have the capacity to be great at, not just what they’re good at. Changemakers in the making are usually great at one of the three core tenets: building authentic human connection, putting the good of the organization first, and treating change as a process, not an event, and Mel can help you be great at all of them through her expert guidance.


Ann Wright

Ann Wright believes people are an organization's most valuable asset. Ann invests in her students to create a culture where everyone works together and embraces the talent within their organizations. Ann is a PCC - ICF Credentialed Coach and specializes in Leadership and Team Coaching. She is an Educator, Author, and Inspirational Speaker. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of leadership, management, and training and is comfortable asking tough questions with kindness and compassion. Her skills allow her to be both a trainer and a coach, teaching the skills of a Changemaker, and helping you pick up anything you can’t get on the first try. Her people-first attitude leaves a strong, lasting impression on her students, carrying the lessons she teaches with it. 


Sheri Zevenbergen

Sheri Zevenbergen, YouMap® Certified Life Coach, has 20 plus years of experience in corporate environments. As the Founder & CEO of The DASH Mindset, she believes that life is made of two dates & a dash, & she feels strongly that it’s up to each of us to own & pursue the dash meant for us. That is why she leads Changemakers through their program: Because it is the dash is meant for you. As a Changemakers trainer and coach, she leverages an assessment called YouMap® to help leaders reveal their inner Changemaker & unlock their full potential.
